翻拍自古典名著的电视剧《西厢记》开机发布会在京举行，导演路奇、分饰“张生”和“崔莺莺”的男女主演张晓晨、周奇奇。张晓晨对“张生”一角做出了自己的解读，认为他是个“有侠义气质的书生”，还现场表现了剧中的一段诗词。该剧主创阵容强大，编剧为香港著名编剧陈宝华，其代表作为《新不了情》。而导演路奇也是圈内颇有知名度的自身导演，曾经获得过金鸡奖。
